We recently sent out an online satisfaction survey for our clients to complete.

In summary, the response was very good with 100% of our clients saying they would continue to use our service and recommend us to others.

Dispite spending a lot of money with advertising with the yellow pages, not one client said they found us this way. Most clients found us by word of mouth through exising clients, by talking to our members of staff during general conversation or through our website. This year, we'll have to have a rethink about whether to advertise with the big yellow book or not!

There were very few comments on how we could improve our service, and where there were suggestions we will take them seriously and see if any of them, if not all can be implemented.
